Unreliable people

I deeply disappointed in your service! I paid for everything on the 28/04/2024 and I was called to say they would come for installation. I specifically told them that I am not available and that they should call my mother, I even told them her name and gave them her number. Literally the only thing they do is call or not even call and then they say they tried to call, why not send a technician to come and install rather than making all the excuses in the world? I have been told that they will get a date for installation about a 100 times! Their telephone support agents always seem unsure of everything. I am so tired with this company.
