Unreliable

They are so unreliable I regret even signing up with them. Im literally paying for a service they don’t provide you don’t get connection for weeks and they expect you to pay in full been logging tickets every month for the same issue. This week alone I’ve logged 5 tickets. Now they say I didn’t pay for the service I have provided them with POP clearly showing that the amount being taken from my account. I’m never using them again I will look a a better service provider they failed me.
