Unprofessional service. Both with stuff and WiFi service.

It has been such an horrific experience, for the past few months I have been with this service. I have been trying and calling to get someone to help me. Not only is the stuff rude and will leave you hanging on calls but they will misinform you about everything they do. The agents will keep you on hold for minutes on end and they can’t even answer simple question. The team leaders will speak over you and also leave you hanging on a call. And when you call back they will not even greet you. At this point I wish that no one would ever experience what I experienced today. Nor for the past couple of months. Not only did I want to support a proudly owned South African company but with the disappointment and misinformation provided to me I would suggest that you guys never get into business with these people as they are unprofessional and don’t even care of the customers journey. They are rude and shout at people when you provide them with fact. Stay away from this company for your own good.
