Unhappy with their service. They refuse to give us refund.

We paid both for the service and installation R695. It's almost a month and we have not received the services. There is no communication whatsoever. When calling the customer service they keep on making empty promises. Spoke to Viwe who is a team leader. Still empty promises. They refuse to give us refund so we can take out service somewhere else.
