Unhappy customer with Toomuchwifi!!!

I have been a customer for almost a year now and i must say i have no issues however the past fee days have been the worst, i have spoke to 5 call centre agents and no one has managed to assist with my main issue which is hardware, we need a technician at the property to replace the hardware, we have been highly impacted for about 2 weeks today - no internet connect - the hardware shows no flickering light and i mean theres a fee issues at hand, i was told i was going to be contacted and i gave my fathers number and we received no call, 1 dropped call and quite a few rude agents when i need my matter solved, i'm currently not the most happiest of customers as i have been so impacted with someone in the house working from home as well its been
