Unacceptable lack of service delivery

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Toomuchwifi. I have been without WiFi for about three weeks now, and despite reporting the issue, nothing has been done to resolve it.

What is even more frustrating is the lack of communication. I constantly have to call in myself just to try and get updates, and even then there is no clear feedback or progress on fixing the problem. No one seems to take ownership of the issue, and it feels like I am being left in the dark.

This situation has seriously affected my daily life. I work from home, and being without internet for this long has disrupted my ability to work properly, meet deadlines, and stay connected with clients and colleagues. It is not just an inconvenience anymore—it is affecting my income and professional reliability.

The experience has been very disappointing, the poor service delivery, lack of urgency, and weak communication. This level of service for a paying client is not acceptable.
