ToomuchWifi refuses to reimburse my money

Kindly assist, ToomuchWifi is giving me problems with reimbursing my money, I paid for installation on the 29th of May 2025, after 3weeks of waiting they informed me that my area is not covered, and promised to reimburse after 7days. I have been waiting, consultants have no clue what is the hold up, I have been calling, and I have forwarded bankings as per the request. Their service is very poor, consultants have no clue of the product.
