I paid 7 days ago on the 18th of November and sent POP on WhatsApp as instructed. Now I'm being told it was not verified and the consultant says she doesn't know when the installation will be done. Unfriendly consultant at that. What a horrible service!!!

Thank you for the swift response. Two agents from TooMuchWifi called me yesterday and the issue was resolved. They sent someone for installation and I'm happy.
