This whole day I have been without wifi that I have paid for, I called ToomuchWifi and the agent I spoke to said they were not aware that there was an issue but there were other customers that called in with the same issue I have in my area. My question was if there was more than one customer calling in to report the same issue at an certain area, why have they not looked into the issue and notified all their customers in that area? Why must we as customers be the ones to care enough to pick up the phone and call them? I'm sick and tired of ToomuchWifis incompetence and lack of service God please help me.
