I have been using the service provider for some time and their service is so poor that I have giving them the star that I just did. I pay R 345 every month for their service but every end of the month on the 25th my network wont work till the next month. I asked to talk to their manager so that they can compensate me for the weeks that I haven't ben using due to their incompetence, and the manager said his is on the case but never did. and when ever I lock an issue or complaint with them they take 3 to 4 days attending my query, and even when they do the consultants are always promising me that all will be sorted when we are talking over the phone and nothing happens. tooMuchWifi is just a bad service provider and they don't care
