Toomuch Wifi is no good

I have had no connection since my wifi was reconnected on Saturday 15/06/2024, I have called a number of times since then and I have been told the same thing 'to switch off the wifi for 5 - 10minutes and it should work because they have refreshed it on their side'. But after that the wifi still doesnt work, now I'm told I have to wait for their technicians to get hold of me because my wifi is due for maintainance. Those are the same technicians who made an appointment with me and I waited for them the whole day and they never showed up, after that they made another appointment without informing me and I received a call that they were getting lost trying to find my house but had to cancel because I was not home. That means I'm never going to have the wifi connection I have paid for this month and that is a not an issue for ToomuchWifi because when you ask their agents that they tell you they have escalated the matter and that is all they can do on their side.
