Toomuch wifi do not care about customers

Toomuch wifi do not care about customers.They take long to solve even small problems.With me they have been robbing me from the start since have never got the speed i am paying.For example i am now paying for 20Mbps but I am always getting about 2Mbps.I am in the market for new service provider.
