Took 6 day to resolve my Hotspot issue
Took 6 day to resolve my Hotspot issue. I lost 6 days of connectivity and they would not credit me the 6 days I lost. Now the uncapped wifi will take 3 working days to verify the payment I made before I have connection. So I will lose 3 days of connection that I paid for. Pathetic service 😠😡
