Too much wifi relocation unsatisfied customer

Well I've been using it for over a year without any problems till recently I decided to move to a new place and I called them to relocate my router and was told to pay R300 relocation fee on top of the monthly fee I paid and they told me that they will contact me for a date to come for relocation but until now I haven't received any call this is totally unprofessional and unacceptable.
