Too much wifi I ls Bad

I've had connection issues for more than a month now nothing is fixed maintenance was done it was from bad to worse.I sent emails log tickets still nothing.Only got a message saying the engineers have fixed my connection which is a lie because the wanted to close the tickets.Im paying for something that is not working.Im buying data I Cancelled my Netflix subscription because of Too much wifi
