Too much wifi are ****mers

I never ever in my life experience disgusting service like too much wifi. I payed on 14 June 2024 for installation they schedule installation but never show up no communication from them till I called them then they decided to reschedule for 2 July 2024 they installed but they didn't because of tge pole is too short they will bring the longer pole which they didn't bring. The 22 July was scheduled but they never fulfill their promise. I phoned them for the refund the lady at the call center promise to call back but she never did.
