The Wi-Fi it's self is sometimes in and out, mostly on average quality although it is 20mbs that I'm currently using. Sometimes it's unnecessarily disconnecting. Although the staff may take up to a day or two to call back, they are definitely never rude when they do call. It's probably only 2percent of the time where I was dropped or promised a call back that never happened within a rebooting sesdion to fix my Wi-Fi. But, I have always had a go to agent, her name is Nazz/Nangamso, although we've never met, she still responds to all my WhatsApp messages and calls when I'm in frustrating with anything concerning the Wi-Fi. She always takes time to say 'I'll ask someone at the office if she isn't sure of the answer and gets back to me. I believe such agents make the dream come together and definitely keep us as customers in understanding of issues and in less stress.
