The way we make the payment is very poor. Why should I send a prof of payment if I hard paid already

We apologise if our payment method is not satisfactory but the reason for proof of payment is to verify the payment done as most customers don't use the correct reference when making payment.
That is the reason why we require the proof of payment and also for record keeping.
