TERRIBLE SERVICE 😠😠😠😠ðŸ˜
On the 14th on February 2025 I ordered and pay for installation of wifi. Up until today no installation. When I call the number it doesn't even ring. No one calls back when I open a ticket. The consultant Tania cancelled installation twice and promised that technicians will come out today on the 11the March 2025. Up until no technician have even contacted me I must pay for someone to be at my residence unnecessary waiting for the installation. IF I KNEW THIS WAS THE CASE THEN I WOULD NEVER HAVE MADE USE OF TOOMUCHWIFI AND OPT FOR A DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDER
