Terrible Customer Sopport

Good day

We have been calling the whole morning requesting a payment link for our pay as you R55 wifi . We receive a link that does not have a payment yab just informing us ourbservices expires this morning. We have tried to contact the call centre so we can do the payment but we are told somebody will call us ....

This is again utter embarrassment to your Co.pany when a clients wants to pay you are told to wait for somebody else to contact you.

Their customer service agents dont know what their doing and they are rude . Imagine trying to pay for a service and they cant send you a payment link. They are very much aware that their customers are mostly pensioners. Imagine being on the phn from 9am till now requesting a payment and you being told somebody will call you. What about the pensioner thats sitting with limited resources still must but airtime to continously ask for a payment link.

This after 2 weeks of none service where we had to fight with their rude agents and now this.

This is the worst service ever to be given to our ppl in the townships. They need to be investigated and rather closed down as they are non existent even though they have ppl manning their telephones.
