Terrible customer service, *****ster they are

I am extremely disappointed in them. Payment was made on Saturday it's Tuesday my wifi is still not on... Messaged them on WhatsApp sent proof of payment the wifi is still off then telling me that I didn't make payment yet I sent them the proof. Megan Jurgens +***5. They said someone will call me back I am still waiting. They suck at giving service but payments always made on time every month. I want my connection restored immediately.
