Sometimes it does not connect, with no explanation...it does not cover the whole house

20 Jun 2025, 09:50Hello Matinise. Thank you for reaching out. Kindly create a ticket on WhatsApp detailing what error do you get when trying to connect, also send through a picture of your router. Once I have received them, I will get a techinician to look into your connection issue.
