So disappointed :(

My name is Nomana Lusu, I am very disappointed with the service. I paid on 25th May using the reference I was given by Yongama Matwela, Only to find out after the 29th installation date she gave me & they didn't pitch, she gave me the wrong reference. My receipt has another person's details. She mixed up our references I don't know how. its been downhill since then, I have to be the one to contact her no follow up. I also contacted consultants but no positive feedback. I'd like this sorted out or to get a refund
