Slow speeds . Unstable connection . Unsatisfactory customer service

I am a customer with Toomuchwifi and my WiFi service has been consistently poor. The connection is extremely slow, unstable, and frequently drops completely with no connection at all.

I have reported this issue multiple times and technicians have been sent out twice, yet the problem has not been resolved. There has been no permanent fix, no clear explanation, and no meaningful follow-up.

What is most frustrating is the attitude of customer service. The response has been nonchalant, with no apologies, no urgency, and no accountability — despite the fact that I am paying for this service every month.

This situation has caused ongoing inconvenience and disruption. I am requesting a proper technical resolution, improved communication, and consideration for compensation for the poor service experienced.

I expect Toomuchwifi to take responsibility and resolve this matter urgently.
