Services are worst
This will be my last attempt trying to fix this wifi issue I have been having every month. I must go an extra mile to get service I pay for every month. Not a month goes by with out any connection issue or with no internet for days. This is tiring.
Today technicians came not fully equipped. We have electricity issue the whole erea today. They came and told me that they don't whatever that they were suppose to have hinder to check the issue I have even with no electricity. Electricity came back still I don't have connection. I even called the call center still nothing. WHAT MORE MUST I DO TO GET SERVICE I PAY FOR?

This resulted in all your tickets being closed due to no contact. If you have an alternative number for calls kindly provide it so we can assst you.
