Ridiculous service ever

It's frustrating 😫 having to call your agents,and yet not being assisted,i have called 4 times already, waiting for the wifi to be connected due to incorrect reference number that I have used, i understand that your procedure says i must wait for 72hours but i have reported this on the 1st of September already, For how long must we wait ad this is inconveniencing our lives now.
