Refund

I am waiting on a refund that I did process on the 22 of April I did put all the bank details needed till now theres not even an email or call back from you *** first ticket issued 28 April *** second ticket issued 29 April Still waiting I did update for the second time all the bank details and still nothing from you guys

*** (Mpongoshe) is the one who was supposed to install the wifi but later suggested for refund

A refund that was supposed to take 72hrs is now 7days Your service is very pathetic
