Reconnection failure.

Hello Peter I have a problem with this above mentioned service provider where always I make a payment for my reconnection I have to struggle to get connected. It's a third day now without wifi. My question is why they don't upgrade their payment systems in order for us not to struggle so much, a system that will detect payments and reconnect consumers automatically cos the systems now are more advance for their system.
