profit before service

i made payment this month and accidentaly paid R5 short , yesterday my internet was put off , i then paid the R5 but did not make immediate payment now i need to wait for 3 days before my reconnection

i am disappointed as this is the internet provider that service the less fortunate community however a R5 means a lot to them so now i will be sitting without WIFI for 3 days yes my mistake but paying dearly for it
