Poorest disgusting service by toomuch wifi

Hi I would like to complain about toomuch wifi the service I get is beyond poor/bad it's really disgusting service. I've had problems with their wifi network and I can tell you now nothing is of help.I've logged a call on Monday 2nd of Feb. they call today but the phone rang for 2sec. and it was dropped I had to call them myself and I spoke to a lady by the name of Abulele I've asked her to look up the person that called she said it was Yonela and I spoke to their line manager by the name of Zovuyo I told her the problem and she said they will call back till now and their network is just as bad as their service. It's now 17:46 and the call ended at 16:28 their wifi comes and go its just never stable .
