Poor services

Very poor services im getting from this service provider. I made numerous calls to them paid them for then internet service. They keep letting me know in the next 24hours. Its been a month still nothing. They send 2 guys for maintenance, they havent even made contact with me to schedule for maintenance. They keep logging tickets you as the consumer have to call them. I wont recommend them to anyone. Their services and communication are absolutely poor
