Poor Service and Unreliable Internet
I have been with TooMuchWiFi for three months, and the service has been disappointing from the start. The internet is often slow, streaming constantly buffers, and there are frequent outages where it simply shows "No Internet" despite my account being paid and active.
Customer service has been equally frustrating. I have had to call multiple times, only to be met with rude and unhelpful agents who repeatedly ask for photos of the router without actually resolving the problem.
As a paying customer, I expect reliable internet and professional support. Unfortunately, TooMuchWiFi has failed to provide either. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.

31 May 2026, 12:21I previously submitted a complaint regarding ongoing internet issues that I have been experiencing for months. Instead of addressing the repeated service failures and providing a solution, the response I received focused on my frustration during a call with support.
I acknowledge that I was frustrated after repeatedly contacting support about the same unresolved issue. However, my frustration was a result of months of poor service, slow speeds, buffering, and periods without internet despite paying for the service.
What concerns me most is that the response did not provide a meaningful resolution to the problem I originally reported. Rather than investigating why the issue has continued for so long, the focus was shifted away from the service complaint itself.
As a customer, I expected accountability, assistance, and a clear plan to resolve the ongoing connectivity issues. Unfortunately, I feel that my concerns were dismissed instead of being properly addressed.
