POOR SERVICE AND RUDE TEAM LEADERS AND AGENTS

Such a poor service with rude consultant every month there's network issues as i'm using the services for free and i'm using my airtime and data to communicate with them. My wifi hasn't been working since the 15th of August 2024 today its the 22nd its not working and im told to wa it for 10days imagine paying for the month and i only get to use it for a week TOO MUCH WIF IS VERY TIRING ITS DRAINING EVRYONE IS RUDE

I WOULD ADVICE YOU NOT GO THE EVERYONE IS RUDE INCLUDING THEIR TEAM LEADERS INSTEAD OF THEM HELPING YOU THEY TOLD IF NOT HAPPY WHY NOT CANCEL
