Poor service and poor WiFi connection
One word terrible. Poor service,takes days to respond without fixing the problem.wifi slow.most of the time just disconnect,they always promise to send technicians that don't even arrive or receive any contact

The only ticket we have that is closed is the one where a downgrade was requested and granted. We don't have any other ticket.
