Poor service and no communication

Bad service with no support. I had no connection issues for months now but I am paying every month. They just close my tickets with no feeback. The open ticket is 2 now with no resolution. On monday 08/06/2026 they sent me whatsapp to confirm that thier technicians will attend the issue today 10/06/2026 but no one came. I followed up the lady called Thabisa told me there is nothing she can do she does not have direct line for technicians then she put phone on hold. I will never recommend thier bussiness to anyone.
