POOR SERVICE

I payed my WIFI on the 26 of July and it never worked agent called me and checked my account asked for POP refered to the accounts for recon was done and she tried to troubleshoot but I was at work when I arrived home it was still showing payment issue I have been sending POP till this date and issue not resolved we are approaching another 26 and Im expected to make another payment although I havent used the WIFI
