Poor service

I have a complain my wi-fi its not working when I’m trying to hotspot to toomuchwifi ,when I put the voucher it doesn’t want to pachase I did try to call customer service but they also don’t know how to fix it , they just trop the phone when I’m asking…I will never recommend anyone about toomuchwifi cause they have bad service Your network is very weak and your technicians have very poor service. It’s the second month now complaining.When I’m trying to call the technician to explain my issue they just drop the phone.
