Poor Network when I pay R395 for Mbps

Ever since I started using TooMuch wifi my speed has always been less than 10mbps when I am paying every month R395 for 20mbps. My husband has been reporting but they fail to make sure that daily the 20mbps that I pay for it is what I'm getting.

I am disappointed as I attend meeting at home using the data and at some point I am unable to present and I must use other alternative when I pay the full amount.

I will appreciate if the issue can be resolved Alternatively I will have to pay R345 because that is what I'm greetings currently
