Poor network service and customer service

I am getting sick and tired of your service, I have been complaining about no network connection for a month if not more I work remotely and have to buy data on my phone daily so I can be able to work or go work in a place that has internet but I pay almost 400 each month for uncapped WiFi On the day this WiFi was installed I made sure to ask the installer if this thing will not get affected by weather conditions and I was told that it works just fine in all conditions…I again asked one of the consultants who called me because I complained about connection and she assured me that I won’t have any problems yet here we are. Fix this or give me my money back and let me find a reputable company with strong WiFi where I will get value for my money
