Please payback my money

Bad service ever,I requested an installation and paid it on the 29th of March,I’ve been told multiple excuses and I decided to cancel my application and requested a refund on the 15th of April but I haven’t received any money until today,an excuse is now my bank😭😭,these people don’t know what they are doing
