Pathetic service from TooMuchWifi

This is my 2nd time complaining about Too much wifi and them responding and telling me they will escalate my installation, and once again today the didn't show to install. For the 3rd time I must take off from work for your disgusting service, not even a call or proper apology. What kind of circus are you running, bunch of *********** people that can't even give proper time or date. So you expect me to pay another month without any enjoyment of the service? Now when I call, you tell me again it is being escalated, for the 4th time. Pathetic is all I can say
