Pathetic Service 688501

Pathetic service ever, I have to go through the same trauma every month. They so quick to remind about payment when payment is done their connection becomes poor. This is not a way to do business with customers. When logging a ticket you get to wait a couple of days before they attend to your query while the wifi is not working. I get calls from different consultants with no solution. They promise to call when I am at home and I sit and wait for their call no one bothers to call me. they just called me again while at work and to my surprise I am being told the issue will be escalated to the Technicians and that might take up to 3-5 working days. I asked the consultant does that mean I will not have connection the whole weekend and he said "Yes" This is not on.

Why do I have to fight with Toomuch wifi every month . I don't even skip Payments. Please fix this today, I cannot spend the weekend without connection.
