Pathetic service

It's the second time I'm complaining about this network on this platform and 100 times on their WhatsApp. Firstly I would like to say thank you to KEVIN for giving me such an excellent service 👏 but because of your team everything goes down the drain. I was promised installation since the one I have is faulty. Installation should have been on Saturday 13th April all arrangements done had to cancel other appointments but guess what no one pitched and no calls to reschedule or apologize, again these people are very quick to switch off your wifi once you don't pay. I'm not sure if im disappointed or disgusted with their service
