Ongoing Slow Wi-Fi Speeds and No Resolution Despite Multiple Tickets

I’ve been logging tickets with TooMuchWifi since last month about my slow internet speed, but my issue has still not been resolved. I’ve repeatedly explained that my Wi-Fi slows down drastically from around 6pm — and lately, it’s happening even during the day.

Each time I report the problem, I only receive a call confirming that my ticket has been received, but nothing happens afterward. There’s no real follow-up or technical intervention. It’s very frustrating to keep paying for a service that doesn’t deliver consistent speeds or proper customer support.

TooMuchWifi, please take this matter seriously and assist me in getting this issue properly resolved.
