Not truthful
It's nice to see all the good reviews here. However, I am not happy with them at all. Signed up and was told that installation will take place WITHIN 7to10 working days. Today marks 11 working days and exactly half a month gone and still waiting. I called on sunday and was told it will be possibly be installed ny no later than Tuesday 18th Feb. I called for feedback again yesterday and the agent told me is that my account is with the installations team and I must wait for a message that will inform me on what day they will come to install. How long is the real wait? Coz you **** when you said between 7to10days
