Not reliable
Since Saturday, my Wi-Fi connection has been unreliable, cutting off every 30 minutes despite repeated reboots and escalation to technical support. This situation is unacceptable, especially given that I am paying for consistent service but now face additional costs for alternatives. I expect an immediate resolution to this issue and compensation for the inconvenience caused.

We tried calling your phone goes to voicemail, we want to find out from your side if its owkay if we can try and get you an installation date this week or early next week because you are still within the 7-10 working day SLA for installation even though your payment was made on the 18th?
