NO WIFI

I'm losing my patience it's been 3 weeks 4 days that we waiting for our WiFi to be installed. Every time we get it is being escalated how many times do you have to escalate the problem before it is solved. Money has been paid over the ,10th May 24 already and every time I have to leave work or take a day off for them to come have a look at times it is no show they have been out twice only to come see but still no WiFi. Then We get an SMS to say service will be suspended if payment is not made . What Service? What WiFi,? Clearly you need to change your company name to No WiFi - No Service.
