NO INSTALLATION BUT I PAID

On the 15 June 2024 I paid for services where I questioned as to why do I pay full when we are in the middle of the month for wifi and I was told that is how they operate. I received communication for installation for 20 June 2024 but no one came out without any communication I called and was told there was nothing on the system that shows that the technicians won't be coming on 20 June 2024. I called again today and was assured I will be contacted back but no one did. I called again now I'm being told installation is for 24 June 2024. I want to cancel this thing clearly this is the service I will be getting forward everything was paid in full now I did not even use your services for me to be paying the full amount for wifi....
