NO CONNECTIVITY

The service is Bad ever since it was installed ilthere would be no connectivity from 23h00 up until the next day and bare in mind I'm working from home and I need to be connected from 8am but I can't because there is no connectivity. When you do call the agents they can't assist as to why there is no connectivity.
