No connection
On the 11/03/25 they came to install of which it went well and on the 15/03/25 our WiFi stopped working , I have spoke to 3/4 different agents with no resolution I have even asked them to come and remove it but still no one is updating me on anything, the only thing they are good at is sending survey rating on WhatsApp…

10 Apr 2025, 14:23I do apologise for the delayed response, on the 30/03/2025 technicians they came and fixed the problem, and our Wi-Fi has been working since then. There is a lady I spoke to today the 10/04/2025 I completely forgot her name for that I apologise she assisted me on an error I made my side she is definitely someone who is good at her job (My issue was resolved in less than 30 minutes) but unfortunately, I have not received a text to rate her services.
